How much do sessions cost?
Initial sessions, which include intake, assessment, and treatment, are $225. Follow-up sessions are as follows: $225 for 60 minutes, $165 for 45 minutes, $110 for 30 minutes, and $55 for 15 minutes.
Do you accept insurance?
While I do not accept insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts often cover my services, and clients have submitted invoices for reimbursement to their insurance companies.
How long is each session?
Initial intake session is 60 minutes. Follow up sessions can be anywhere between 15 minutes and 60 minutes depending on the complexity of the case.
How long does it take to see results?
Clients often feel results within the first session. The main focus of treatment is often resolved within 4-6 sessions.
What is a session like?
Sessions include a gentle assessment of range of motion and stability. From the assessment, I utilize neurological work to help the body release old patterns and compensations, and soft-tissue techniques to lengthen and mobilize the body.
What should I wear to the sessions?
Sessions are fully clothed, and so loose-fitting or exercise clothes are best. Shorts may be brought or worn if focusing on the lower body. Please, no lotion as it is too slippery for the style of soft-tissue work I use.
What should I expect to feel after a session?
While most clients feel better after sessions, some sessions may have soreness or fatigue the day or two post-treatment. This is normal and an effect of the body adjusting and rebalancing positively to the work. It’s recommended that clients stay hydrated, get a full night’s sleep, and exercise
